Since 1994, Gary has helped high-net-worth investors and families address their wealth accumulation, tax planning, estate planning, and wealth transfer needs. He is a co-founding member of Allen Wealth Management Group and leads the team’s client education seminars and community outreach programs.
To further his knowledge in helping his clients pursue their goals, Gary earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation in 2007. He earned a B.B.A. from National University and holds Series 7, 9 & 10, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities). Prior to entering the investment industry, he served honorably in the U.S. Navy.
Sergio began his investment industry career in 1986 joined Stifel in 2025 after previous stints with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo Advisors. He earned a B.S. in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University Pomona and an M.S. in Personal Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning. Sergio also holds Series 7, 9 & 10, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
In addition, Serigo earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination.
Outside the office, Sergio enjoys staying active in his local community. He participates in several civic and community organizations, including the Inland Empire Community Foundation and Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center. Sergio is married and has four daughters. When he gets some downtime, he enjoys running long-distance races, kayak fishing, and flying his own plane.
Peggy is a co-founding member of Allen Wealth Management Group with more than 50 years of investment industry experience and knowledge.
Over the course of her career, Peggy has focused on providing goals-based financial guidance. She incorporates tax-efficient succession planning designed to generate income while mitigating downside risk. She also works with clients and their estate planning professionals to address matters related to wealth transfer planning to help clients navigate life-changing events.
Peggy holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Tony brings more than 35 years of investment industry experience and knowledge to the team. He provides in-depth analysis and familiarity on tactical asset management strategies, annuities, and other complex investment products. Tony develops and creates customized multigenerational and retirement planning strategies and is instrumental in providing tax (transparency, accountability, and ownership) planning strategies and alternative investment ideas.
Tony graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Hyles-Anderson College and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the financial services industry, Ron is a cornerstone of the operations and administration team at Allen Wealth Management Group. He plays a vital role in delivering a seamless client experience, bringing extensive expertise to the onboarding process, efficient cash management, and the swift resolution of account inquiries.
Ron earned his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Systems from California State University, San Bernardino, and holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Coni serves as a key point of contact for the Allen Wealth Management Group. Dedicated to cultivating lasting client relationships through thoughtful communication and personalized service.
